Banks
When the bank calls about turnover: what to say and what to keep at handजब bank turnover के बारे में call करे: क्या कहें और क्या पास रखें
Every partner with growing volume gets the call at some point. A relationship manager, sometimes the branch, asks what the new transfers are. The call itself is not a problem. The problem is panic: people stop answering, move money around, or close the account, and that is what triggers a freeze.
Why the bank asks
Banks watch for patterns that change suddenly. An account that received a salary for years and now shows dozens of UPI credits a day looks different to their system. The question is routine and the person asking usually has a checklist, not a suspicion.
What to say
The truth, in one sentence: you provide a settlement service for merchants as a partner of Kesar Pay, receive and forward payments from your own account and earn a commission of 3% and 1% that you declare as income. You do not need to explain the merchants' business. You do need to sound like someone who understands what is on their own statement.
What to keep at hand
Three things. First, the panel history for the period they ask about, which lists every transfer with its UTR and the merchant reference. Aditi exports it in a day. Second, your settlement history in USDT, which shows the income side. Third, the terms of the partner program, which describe the service in plain language. Most calls end after the first document.
What not to do
Do not move the balance to another account during the conversation. Do not say the money belongs to a friend. Do not stop operating the account without telling Aditi, because the merchants' transfers in the queue will fail and that creates disputes. If the bank asks for a written explanation, send it the same day.
If the account is still frozen
Stop that account in the panel, keep the others working, and send Aditi the bank's request. We prepare the document trail for the transfers in question and stay with you until the account is released or the balance is returned. In our records most freezes on partner accounts are lifted within two weeks when the documents are complete.
Bank
